Privacy policy

Who we are
Revanta ("we", "us") provides outbound client acquisition services to businesses. We are based in Lithuania, in the European Union, and we process personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For any privacy question, contact us at the email address listed on this website.
What we collect
- Application form: your name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), and your answers about your business (what you sell, client value, how you get clients, sales calls per month, bottleneck, timing and budget readiness).
- Attribution: the page you first landed on, the referring website and campaign tags (UTM parameters) from the link you used.
- Usage events: anonymous page views and interactions (for example: a button was clicked, a video was played to 50%, a form step was completed), tied to a random session ID that is deleted when you close the tab. We do not use cookies for this.
- Bookings: when you book a call, Calendly shares the booking details with us (name, email, time and any answers you give there).
- Payments: payments are processed by Whop. We receive the payment status, amount, product and your email. We never see or store your card details.
- Technical data: our server logs IP addresses for security and abuse prevention. We store only a one-way hash of your IP address with a form submission.
Why we use it and our legal basis
- To assess whether we are a fit and to prepare for and hold the call you asked for (steps taken at your request before a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To provide the services you buy from us (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To understand which pages and campaigns work, to keep the website secure and to prevent spam (our legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f)).
- For the Meta Pixel, only if you accept it in the cookie banner (your consent, Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not add website applicants to automated outreach sequences.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers (processors) who handle data on our behalf:
- Hostinger (the servers that host this website and our CRM)
- Calendly (call booking)
- Whop (payments)
- Telegram (internal notifications to our team about new applications)
- AI model providers (to help us research and prepare for calls; only business information needed for that purpose)
Some of these providers are located outside the EU. Where that is the case, transfers are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Applications and call notes: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. Client records: for the duration of the contract and as long as accounting law requires afterwards. Anonymous usage events: up to 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to us at the email address listed on this website. You also have the right to complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt) or your local supervisory authority.
Cookies
This website works without cookies. We store a few small values in your browser (a random session ID, the campaign tags you arrived with and your consent choice) to make the website work and to measure it. We do not use advertising cookies. The booking page embeds Calendly, which may set its own cookies and shows its own consent notice.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
