Terms of use
Last updated: 29 September 2026
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of revanta.pro and to the services Revanta provides. Revanta is a business to business service. By using the website or buying a service, you confirm that you act for a business and that you can agree to these terms.
Our services
We offer done-for-you appointment setting and the Revanta AI Agent. The exact scope, price, start date and length of each engagement are agreed on a call and confirmed in writing (a proposal, an order or the product page you pay for). If that written agreement differs from these terms, the written agreement wins.
No guarantees
Outbound results depend on your offer, your market and many things outside our control. We do not guarantee a specific number of replies, booked calls, sales or revenue. We commit to doing the agreed work carefully and reporting on it honestly.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your business, offer and ideal client.
- Give us the access we agree on, and keep your own account credentials safe.
- Make sure your offer and the claims you ask us to make are lawful and true.
- Show up to the calls we book, or let us know in time if you cannot.
Accounts and platforms
Where we work through your accounts (for example Instagram, LinkedIn or email), we follow conservative daily limits and each platform's rules. Platforms can still restrict accounts at their own discretion. We are not responsible for decisions made by third party platforms.
Payments
Payments are processed by Whop and are subject to Whop's terms. Prices are agreed before you pay. Refunds, if any, follow the terms agreed for your specific engagement.
AI features
The Revanta AI Agent drafts messages and suggests actions. Important messages go to you for approval. You stay responsible for what is sent from your accounts after your approval.
Intellectual property
The website, our systems and our templates remain ours. Messages and materials created specifically for you are yours to use once paid for.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. We will always try to solve a problem by talking first. If that fails, disputes go to the competent courts of Lithuania.
